How did you prepare to run for City Council?

I attended Avondale's Water & Citizen Leadership Academies. I plan to also attend the Fire & Police Academies. I've attended City Council meetings (in-person and through zoom). I've also served on one of Avondale's Boards and Commissions (Neighborhood & Family Services).
